Hovering over a tile image will show you what it looks like as an all-over pattern.
To save a tile, right click on it and choose Save Image As, Save Picture As or something similar.
As you can tell from the background display, the apple blossom tile is not shown at its full size. However, if you choose to save this background, you will get the correct tile.
