Hovering over a thumbnail of a tile image will show you what the tile looks like as an all-over pattern.
To save a tile, right click either the thumbnail version here or the full size image shown below the display area. From the right click menu, choose Save Image As, Save Picture As or something similar. (Sizes in thumbnail tooltips are approximate.)
